CR500 Lights CR250 Lighted ?

I have a 2001 cr250 with a e-line light kit and just wondering if any one knows if that stator and cover will fit on my 1992 cr500 ? side case screw pattern look the same. Haven't pulled them off and physically tried it, putting a 2017 Raw Timbersled on the cr500.
