We recently received our first shipment of 3.5" pitch Conquer tracks. These are the 154" and 165" lengths. According to our scale, the weights are as follows:

9341M - 154x15x2.8 - 40lbs
9340M - 165x15x2.8 - 43lbs.

We were a little skeptical ourselves on the reported weights until we took delivery.
Between lug design and rotating mass this will definitely be one of the easiest performance upgrades for your mountain sled.

Reference to drivers

Attached are several photos showing driver styles. From left to right: Polaris center drive, Polaris window drive, Arctic Cat & Ski-Doo.

For Polaris you will have two options, you can use the standard center port drive or switch to the window drive (where clips are located). There are pro / cons of each. If you stay with the stock drive setup, the track will have to be run tighter to prevent ratcheting. If you are running a 3.5" pitch Conquer, you will be installing 6 tooth sprockets and you will not have much contact patch between track and sprocket. If deciding to run window drive sprockets, rail tips will need to be trimmed for clearance and an anti-stab kit will be necessary. If the anti-stab kit ever fails, track damage is eminent.

Ski-Doo and Arctic Cat / Yamaha remain similiar to stock.

Will stock drivers work on '16 Arctic Cat 153" x 2.8"? or do you have to go to Avid drivers?

If you have the 3" lug track, you should have 7 tooth drivers and the 2.8" Conquer will certainly work. If you have the 2.6" powerclaw, you should have 8 tooth drivers and the clearance will be getting tight possibly requiring you to step down to the 7 tooth.
