As much as I'd love to leave them a good review I've been getting the run around for weeks from them on my emotion kit I ordered for a customer. I'm fact the last time I called I was hung up on before even being able to ask and expected date for.shipping or a email with tracking number etc. Anyone else had this issue with them?

Toms has always treated me well... and gone out of their way to help me out.
