Triple S Chassis`s and Mods, How many stiil out There.

How many triple S Chassis and Older Mod sleds are still out there, I hear of lots of them and have seen a few pics from time to time but would like to see them all in one place.

Come in with pics and what you have in it for Motor, And what mods have been done to the Motor and Chassis too. with HP numbers if possible. Also LETS SEE PICS Please, of the Sled and Favorite Ones in Action.

I have swapped to a 700 triple and am getting excited to ride it, hope it runs realy well and the power is a impressive as I have heard. It sure sound good even with a single pipe and dynoport can.

I have what started as a 94 mach z 780 tripple short track. Recently did a make over on it though.
S chasis belly pan
Lexan hoox
136 2" camo
sc 10 rear suspension
rev skis
rev seat, (need to build better mounts)
Bear cat roller secondary w custom built gun drilled jack shaft
drop and roll chain case
custum tripple stingers with tripple pipes
New: Crank and bearings
pistons, rings gaskets
chain case bearings
drive axle bearings
primary fresh rebuild
all track wheel bearings
and a bunch of other crap im sure im forgeting

The sad part of this story is after i went through all of the stuff on this sled i only rode it 3 times last year , fell in love with my 1000, and now i bought an xp so its my backup backup, poor thing will probably never leave the shop this winter. Might have to dump her, hate to see it just sit. Ill get some pics soon to add

I've got a 99X with an 809. It brings a smile to my face everytime I fire it up and listen to the crackle out the pipes. I ended up moving to a Rev last season and must admit I like it better even if it won't climb with the old triple. The Rev is much nicer to drive and I can back it off the deck, gotta love RER.
Like the poster above it sits as a spare, didn't ride it in the mountains once last year.

Here is a pic. of me on my old hot rod.It is a '98 Summit with 925 triple, Vanamburg tunnel,diamond s lightweight front susp.,boss seat,the list of mods goes on and on. HP estimate between 180-190. Its Glorious!

i have a set of jaws small volume pipes for an s chassis would like to sell them i now have my 780 in a zx chassis its awesome and the 800 twin wouldnt come close thanks dan

trying to learn how to post pics better and bigger. I am currently in process of doin another Rev Seat Conversion on my sled, but this time I am shaving or narrowing the sides of the seat to imitate the narrower style of the 06-07 seat or XRS type seat.

had a 95 f chassis with a 97 mach1 700 tripple,stock tripple pipes with a b&b can,that thing sounded awsome and hauled ,the best mods for me were crank shop thick base gasket/head recut,ufo's and k&n filters{made it easier to route the steering post}pulled best at about 8300,good luck

Sled is looking excellent,I am sure you will enjoy it. The S chassis is ideally suited for a triple.

780 tripple cycleworks chassis 141" track 10 tooth extros dropped rolled and stretched chaincase 5 gal fuel tank pipes high comp head light weight trailing arms carbon fibre hood custom painted. Just need a digatron and 159" track then im set.

Nice lookin sled, paint job is wild.

I finished all my front suspension finaly, HPG Shocks, and the Trailing Arms I built are finished along with a little modding to the skis, Have read alot on mods done to the Pilot Ski, we`ll see how it works, Swapped to put carbides on inside ,shortened and tipped the tails and a bit of a cutout like they do on Powder Pros.

Ill try to this weekend but your best bet would be to go to doo talk and ask guys in the triple forum if they know of any. Theres a guy in the swapmeet selling one that needs some work for 500 obo it sound pretty promising. I personally dont know of any around here that guys r willing to part with. Most guys like the triples. i got mine out of 1995 mach z i trade for my sea-doo

700 Mod Tripp On AV Gas

I built this sled in 2002.Custom bulhead to lower and set motor back.Custom tunnel with drop and roll.Custom pipes with silencers.Rack carb set up.Steering hoop and post moved forward 2".Custom cromemolly bars.Race pack,Boss seat etc.I still ride every winter.Motor dyno at 4000 feet came out at 160HP @ 9250RPM. Very fun ride @ 520lbs fully wet.

The only thing that is stock on my sled is the tunnel!! But iam not really into buying one! Might try building one but other then that i think ill just sell her for a good price and buy a turbo or something with lots of power!!!
