About the only time you will find a snowX track in Colorado is when you flatlanders show up, otherwise we don't ride on tracks... I doubt you are going to find a track to ride on anywhere near Aspen. Maybe they would let you use the snowboarders half pipe...
Otherwise.... you will be pretty close to Grand Mesa. I think there is good access from Glenwood Springs and the mesa will have some of the best deep powder riding in the country. Hopefully you will bring a long track machine too so you can enjoy the kind of riding Colorado has to offer.
