Do you have anymore free BRP classes scheduled in MN? I did see a few at some Poo dealers on the schedule. I may just have to take one of those if not.

I did this seminar last year not expecting much but I'm still fairly new at snowmobiling and want to have as much Avy info as possible. Was VERY surprised at how much I got out of a 4 hour class. The snowmobile specific info alone was worth the price of admission.:face-icon-small-win If you can make these classes DO IT!. You still need to take a full on Avy class but well worth the time and effort to get there.

You should definitely continue your education after taking these short classes.

I offer a level I 24 hour class at the Silverton Avalanche School. You get a certification.

Also offer on the snow avalanche rescue classes. Mike Duffy

Take the class. Best three hours you could give in preparation to your sledding season.

You say...'but I don't ride avy areas,' WATCH THIS VIDEO

This class is a great tool for learning and refreshing your skills. I would recommend it to anyone who plans to ride the western areas. If you think you do not ride in risky areas....take the class you will learn quite a bit.
