are the newer EFI 800s any more reliable than the early 2000 model 800s?

has anything changed on the newer 07+ polaris 800 engines compared to the "bombs" they used to be in the early 2000s with all the problems?

i have mixed feelings on the 600's because i dont think it will be enough power to carry my 275lb rear end where i want to go.

i see they also had efi 700s in the past 3-4 years as well. i dont see many of those around. if the 700 is reliable i would consider that as well. they are what...10-15ph less than a 800....?
