While I don't know for sure.
I would GUESS is might have to do with HOW FAR in advance you bought them?

How times change.... A few years ago this thread would have been 20+ pages long. Everyone use to make plans to meet up and go to dinner, talk about what they were going to buy, what booths they were going to visit and where everyone was going to hang out each night.
