I've been pondering about putting a gear drive system on my sled and it got me thinking about this.

If you could order a sled assembled with any of the big manufacturers factory parts mixed and matched what would it be?

So far I've come up with this...

XP chassis w/ Polaris tunnel
AC Diamond Drive
Polaris Primary
AC secondary
Polaris FI 800
Yamahas "fit & finish"
ACs new track in 163 length
XP Pilot skis
ACs rear skid
Polaris seat

I'd go with this setup if we're talking stock parts

IQ Raw or IQR chassis
XP tunnel (stictly for the purposes of fitting a 16" wide track)
Cat 1000 twin or Apex 4 banger
Polaris primary
Cat secondary
AC Powerclaw or Doo Powdermax track
XP skis
Cat skid
Polaris Seat
Cat adjustable steering post
Polaris Pro Taper handlebars and controls

No handlebar boobies, but instead of trying to put together some hermaphrodite sled and hope that it works I just bought a XP, will throw a little more power at it, drop a little weight and will have a solid 170HP 420lb reliable sled.....IMO this is about as good as it gets for a fun mountain sled for the way I enjoy riding.
