Yep, except I don't want to wait till the snow flies to get this done. I suspect the reason X3 are not shipping till November is they are making Cats 3 inch for the exchange program...but that is just a guess.
Tracksusa is cutting down a 16 wide X3 to 15 for free. I like that as the X3 15 wide the paddles are not all the way to the edge, and cutting down a 16 makes the paddles a full 15 inches wide.

Bought ice age rails, they had a set on sale. Our other Viper we long tracked last winter we just used rail extensions and really liked the original skid
We have a bunch of Challenger X3 tracks on hand right now. 174", 162", and 156".

Camoplast start making the x3 15 inch again or did you already have stock? Curious if I was told the correct thing by another couple of vendors.
Racin Station, Oregon Trail Sport, Tracks USA and others have them in stock in 15" wide... From the factory 15"
You really don't want to cut down a 16"... The warranty is voided by Camoplast when you modify a track... this info comes directly from Camoplast corporate... vendor might step up and warranty a track if they modded it... good to check in advance.

Hmm....my track came from tracksusa. As of last week they said they have no 15 wide 162 X3 and cut a 16 to a 15 for free. They also told me X3 15 inch were not available unitl September. Did all this change since last week?

less demand for 16".......so chop them to 15" send them out the door, make the customer feel like he got a deal(cut for free), and be off the hook on any potential warrantee claims.....sucker

they need to make colored tracks like bumble bee yellow.
I don't think the colored motocross tires ever took off with success.
A buddy of mine had a green 600rr ninja that he put green tires on......defiantly got a lot of strange looks
They did for a few years, about ten years ago, some of the freestyle guys here locally in Valdez, AK had them. I seem to remember yellow, red, and blue.

I have a 162x15x3" off my cat with like 200 miles on it if someone is interested its in the fernie area and I want $800 for it
