Can't find M1000 Coolant leak... Cap?

I have a 2008 M1000 and every time i ride the fuel line coming out of the firewall and the area behind the coolant reservoir bottle gets a little wet with coolant. I've looked all over and can't find where its coming from. The hoses look good. I do have to add coolant every now and then so I know its coolant for sure. Could the Cap be faulty? Its pretty hard to put on and take off.

Very likely cross threaded if you are having trouble putting on or taking it off. I would put a small piece of clear hose on the coolant overflow fitting and put some paper towel in the end of it. Go ride the sled for 10 minutes or so and come back and look to see if any of the coolant is in the line. If it is leaking past the cap you will see it here.
