Ive checked power valves the bolt almost pokes through the hole in the cap. I believe this to be functioning correctly

Ive lowered weights from 76g to 74g no change

ive tested on the trail at 6500ft and in my garage at 3000ft 7900-8050 max

Any ideas?

is your deflection set right... if the belt rides too high in the secondary you wont get full RPM's

The belt is at bottom of grove on top of belt

Boost is a good question
I noticed when I got home under throttle the pipe was lifting off of y pipe I doubled up the springs and this is fixed
But I have run it at 10#

Have you replaced your clutch springs yet? They could be sacked out not giving you proper rpm. And this is assuming you at one point with this setup was able to reach your desired peak rpm, correct?
