You need to open up your old clutch and take the ramps and pins holding the rollers in the arms out and install them in you new clutch. It sounds like your pinweight is too high in the new clutch and you need a couple grams lighter weight, we can assume your old clutch has the correct weight for your altitude

The ramps are important for the kind of riding your doing and "should" be selected to work with your helix and secondary spring setup. There is a good chance your ramps are the same , the three digit number on the side tells you the profile. If they are the same , no need to change them.

The pins in the rollers are adjustable, you can change the weight of the pin to adjust the peak RPM in you motor.

thanks
ramp #s are the same
will check the pin weights and see how much of a difference.
sounds like i need to go lighter on weight.

Let us know if you get it fixed, I may have some parts if you need, unless you have a new G4 under the tree, then screw it go ride. Merry Christmas!

i haven't been that good of a boy this year to be getting a new
g4 under the tree but i might hint to santa for next year
thanks for the offer on the clutch parts
i still have the old clutch will rob form it
but will keep it in mind that you have them just incase
