Hey gang, long time listener/first time caller lol.....I need some help
I recently bartered for a project sled, a 2001 Pro-x 440.....and as I've dug into it, it is pretty evident this thing had been picked up at a swap meet and had never been running. I found out that it actually has a 99 XC440 motor in it with low compression heads.
Details: 34mm TMX carbs with 2.5 cutaway slide, J8 needle on the 3rd position, 30.0 pilots and 250 mains and timing selector on C.
Our elevation here is 3800ft....what carb adjustments and jetting changes should I be making, as a baseline to begin with ??
