Default Garmin Rino bluetooth adapter

Does anyone know if bluetooth adapter would work for the radio port? I have a rino 655t, I want to experiement with pairing apple air pods to my gps using the VOX function, not sure the apple air pods have the VOX though, might have to try something different.
