Default Clutch tool - belt removal/replace

I just got a 2007 REV 800 and I noticed there isn't any kind of a tool in the standard tool kit to decompress the clutch when removing or replacing the belt. Anybody have any idea what tool is necessary and where I could get one for cheap?
