Anybody know why some REVs have fuel gauges and some don't? I can see where the plastic is molded like there is supposed to be a fuel gauge, but I don't have one. I have a place where I can lift up the side part of the seat material to see how much fuel is left, but that seems a little cumbersome. I can get a pic to clarify what I'm talking about if necessary.

Just get rid of the crap around the tank and then you can see what's going on. X models I believe all had clear tanks and no gauges.

The gauge is an accessory but most summits don't have it to save a little more weight. All the touring sleds have it. You can always buy one and add it if you want one.

The x modle sleds do not have a guage. Like Nor-Cal said just remove the material covering the tank. No need to be gentle just grab it and rip it out of there.
