i just got my tunnel back from the powdercoater. I think it looks pretty sweet.

what color did you do the coolers. I should probably post a picture of mine now that i got it all back together. Ill try to get one of it on the snow today.

Here are a couple of not so great pics, but you get the idea. The workmanship on the tunnel is TOP NOTCH. It is very sturdy. I would not hesitate one minute to pick one of these up if you are in the market.

I can verify the toughness of them. Yesterday i smoked a rock probably harder then i ever have because my suspension was collapsed and hit the rock sidehilling on the running boards. It did bend the boards up in the center and gouged the side coolers pretty bad. Nothing leaks and i CAN NOT get the boards to bend back down in the center. Ive jumped up and down on the very edge repeatedly trying to bend them back into place, and im no small boy, with no luck. 6'1" 250lbs.

AND DO NOT use pop rivets to hold on the drop brackets. Use the solid style hauck rivets.
