For those who are narrowing your panels. Are your just narrowing them from the running board and leaving the front the width they are? That would be pretty simple as it would involve drilling out a few rivets and holes. Then re rivet them in. I don't think I want the primary any closer than what it is. Using oil delete and a can on other side so it is a non issue.

I'm going to be using Rasmusen's Airframes for running boards.

Pic's would be nice. Basically you narrow your boards first. Then you push in the bottom panel to fit. Side panels will simply follow. (maybe not simply). The side panels by the A arms would be the same width. If you look close on an old M series, you can see the same thing happening on the lower side panels. My son tells me I bought a ProClimb but I'm trying to make it into an M. Maybe but I like taking a sled and making it the best it can be.

I'm still waiting for my boards to arrive.

He did substantial work to his sled if I remember right. He did Polaris Burandt boards on his sled and did cut into the sled in front to narrow the sled even more.
So if I remember he did not only just remove rivets and suck it and re rivet it, but cut into his sled in the foot well area and narrow it there :)

Kevin, are the BDX boards already narrow enough to bring the pannels in and re-rivit, or did you have to do some other modifications?
