Here are a few pictures of the XP in progress. So far steering post relocated, turbo installed w/intercooler, snow eliminators. Just waiting on drivers for rear skid to be installed.

SWEEEEEEEET build,buddy....very nice!!! Love those blue hoses !!! I welded my pipe to the turbo bend yesterday and had to drill the studs out to get it to fit in one piece...man it is tite....Didnt like those damn studs anyway !!!
Cant wait to ride.

It started life as an R and D Kit and it has evolved from there.

Air to water

What kinda routing are you running for the air to water intercooler? I am assuming you have additional coolers?

there are alot of guys out there that probably want to know how you recieved your kit from old dave?

you will need some extra coolers for sure. cooling turbo, cooling charge and is on a 08.

I was curious about that, it does look exactly like what I remember of ole DW's kits...

Kit came from Jake last year, one of 2 that I know about. Right now the cooler is plumbed as a paralell system off of the main exchanger gonna try and run a small circ pump for flow. Hopefully there will be enough cooling but I guess only time will tell. It's an 09 XP with the Engine Tech thermostat.

Hey dude...got snow in PG...shiny pipes are in...t-xp will be on the snow fri nite...how bout u....lol...btw sled looks awesome,nice placement of boost controller...will post some pics of mine when it is all together.

You need to cancel that vacation and goin sleddin,man......wtf....lol
