The easy way would to run on bottom of beams next to ground. BUT can rip off when trailer scraps the ground.

Just a thought, but why not just run it into the trailer at the bottom of the vee nose then inside to your heater? You could then run the line thru the wall or along the floor, or ceiling to your heater. Again just a thought.
Its a V nose and the entire front is a welded into cabinet, then run it on the floor past the door.
