The question isn't really "will if fit" but rather "are you willing to make it fit." I've done multiple skid swaps, including a Polaris "standard" skid into a Scorpion. As long as the suspension you're swapping to has similar travel, it can be done.

The easiest way is to have the 2 chassis side by side, skids and tracks removed, drive shafts in place.

Locate your holes in reference to the flats on the drive shaft, and the top of the tunnel. Measure 3 times, drill once. You will probably have to relocate or remanufacture new reinforcement plates.

When you drill your holes, start with a center punch, then a 1/8" pilot hole. Then drill 1 size smaller than your target, and finish ream to size.

Precision is important, but more important is that your holes are square with each other, and geometry is maintained.

If your whole skid is 1/2" forward or back, you'll probably never notice (except cooler clearance). If your spacing between your front and rear torque arms is off by 1/4", you may have binding, or other undesirable (or maybe desirable) characteristics. If the left side of one arm is 1/8" forward, and the right side is 1/8" back you will have issues.
