Looking for a dry weight on the 17 mountain cat preferably 162. We I want to upgrade this year to the 17 Mc or the 18mc. What is your opinion?

I will voice in. I have a 17 mc and it is awesome. If I were to buy a new one right now after owning mine and riding the new ones. It would be a 18. No alpha for me but the new motor pulls harder than the zuki. Dosen't handle any different to me. Just the motor. My .02 have a good one.

I wouldn't be surprised if the 17 motor made a couple more top end hp than the 18 production model, but of course the 18 has a lot better grunt. and is smoother. go as new as you can possibly afford and you will be happiest imo.
