Special thanks go out to all of our 14 sponsored racers for a great season again on the highly competitive
RMSHA Hillclimb season. Thayne Wyomings Tom Roby had a great season with his 215 HP 872 full mod
outrunning and winning against the Turbo sleds in his class even on the long pull runs events as the one
in Crested Butte Colorado and finishing up with a win at Grand Targee April 24-26, 2015. Jay Mentaberry
posted a huge win at the White Pine Pinedale event in the Pro 1000 Improved Stock class with his 2015
872 TMS Etec Freeride. Trent Handsacker grabbed a win in the ProMasters open Improved class at the
Bear Lake Idaho event with his TMS 872 Etec Freeride also. Thanks to all the racers on the top 1-3 place
finishes you continue to post on every race weekend.
At Trygstad Motorsports we take our snowmobile racing very serious in all forms of competition that is
available for us to participate in both past and present. Our biggest effort over the past 11 years has been
with the RMSHA professional hillclimb circuit of the Western United States. This type of racing helps us
develop our proven line of performance products and showcase our Exclusive 872 Big Bore for the Rotax
R and Etec platforms which we have been building for 6 plus years. We continue to develop and test our
872 products on the Mountains with the latest updates long before they are applied to our Dealer network
and our large consumer base of customers. We continue each season to extract more horsepower and torque
out of the 872 and maintaining the proven reliability which is the stronghold of our product line! We continue
to spend more hours utilizing and testing with our SuperFlow Engine Dyno than all other engine builders
combined to further improve and develop our Superior line of Rotax engine products!
During our involvement in the highly competitive RMSHA Hillclimb circuit which has spanned over 11 seasons
we have had the pleasure to work with some of the best racers in the world playing in the Improved Stock and
Mod classes from the 600 engines to the dominate 872 build. The results have very rewarding as we are closing
in on 400 top 1-3 place finishes with many King awards also!
