This upgrade to the OEM suspension replaces the suspension arms and tunnel mounting components used in the OEM suspension. It uses the existing rails and shocks. I believe it will work with the 153 and 162 suspensions in the 2010 and newer MTX. I was going to install it in my 2010 162.
