Looking at the back of the track for alignment.
Left side rail seems shifted left
Right side seems ok, maybe needs slight adjustment.

Have tried adjusting a few times, left side doesn’t move much or at all when I tighten the nut....and the nut is tight.
Right side nut is almost loose, moves easy.
???

Thanks

Loosen the rear axle.

Lift the rear of the sled, start the motor and run it so the tracks makes some revolutions. Let the track stop, do not use th break.

Set it so there is Equal distance from the drive lugs (small nubs the boogie wheel rides between) to the rear boogie wheels. I wouldn’t use the distance in the track windows to set alignment

Tighten rear axle.
