What is everyones opinion on the best all around stinger [can] for the D800. Not one that is obnoxiously loud but still has a decent bark too it and how much weight loss compared to the suitcase muffler

I'll second the HPS can. Fairly quiet until WOT, then it has a really nice bark to it. Just put one on my D8 and love it.
I've been real happy with my skinz ultra Q.

Last time I checked cans were not made to gain hp but strictly to shed weight and make the sled louder.

a budy of mine had the slp pipe and can sounded pretty good but nothing like the hps can he added, sounds great.

10.5lbs is a huge deal. I may have to take another look at that can.
2.7hp, who can tell 2.7hp. 10lbs, that you can feel by the end of the day.
