No hand warmers need help

I am sure this has come up before. My 06 summit x hand warmers are not working anymore. The right side has the wires pulled out. Can I just put them back in? Do they need to be crimped or soldered? I think the left is bad too but I am not sure. Where is the fuse for them? Where do they connect to power?
If I need new ones what is the recomendation?

I can't help you with the other information, but as far as new handwarmers go it's hard to beat the RSI hi-power ones. That is what I just put on my REV and they are nice!
