Your only limiting factors are how much your going to spend. One big difference is tuning, most of the bolt on performance parts for an 09 don't require any fuel controller. The HO anything beyond reeds and a can needs a fuel box.

Different head, porting, 5lbs off crank, different taper on end of crank= different clutch, y-pipe, pipe, and heavy can. That's what I know anyways. As for stoutness I would lean towards yhe 09 because the extra mass on the crank. As for power, I would think they would be the same with RKT 925 bb.
