I saw this on IFC and had to download it. Supposed to take place in Germany in the late 80's. I was there in the early 90's and the little details that they did so took me back. From the details of the inside of the Barraks when Single Soldier initiative to the surroundings was like taking a look at my old post. And yes during this time of the movie there were serious drug problems in Germany with the military. Just before I got there in 92, my unit had disposed of "The Dirty Dozen". 12 Soldiers that were selling drugs and pimping out married soldiers wives while their husbands were in the field.
