08 m8 not pulling rpms

08 m8 2200 miles not pulling and holding high enough rpms only hit high 7000's but then falls of to low to mid 7's. New power valve cables and cleaned, clutching all new has new slp exhaust, intake, vents. Everything checks out good, total stumpped.

same problem on mine with about same mile
was told to clean clutch real well and replace secondary spring
I already put in new primary and weights and did not get results I was looking for.

fuse

hey have you checked the fuse to make sure its not blown. i had that happen on my 07 the power valves will not open and you will only tack about 72 ish

Did it ever run right or is this a new thing. Check clutch alignment and motor mounts first. Throw on a new belt also. It sounds like the belt is getting hot or binding.
