''Belt feels more responsive"

funny i noticed this also mine is still working great
i didn't break mine in nicely either 3' deep clutches were so hot in 2 miles of carving on the road that they would boil snow :face-icon-small-sho

Gates 44c4553 belt update
running it on a 11 pro silber kit 8-9 lbs
elv. 5000'-8000' rider weight 240-250 RTR :face-icon-small-hap
i've been very happy with the belt for 500-600 miles
most in deep heavier snow
she went boom yesterday and as others have said they go into 30 pieces when they do go
i cleaned it up and put my back up broke in Gates belt on and off i went
in summary i'm very happy with the belt and the performance with it i'd recommend it to anyone
i'll let you know how long the next one lasts :face-icon-small-win
hoping for more powder (please)

My experience:

I'm running about 10lbs on the gauge, pulling 81.5g with a 165/310 spring at 2-4000ft.

I was blowing belts and pulling cords left and right. Dialed alignment in exactly and still had problems.

I ended up gearing mine down with 19/43s. Problem solved. I had a full throttle climb yesterday in waist deep powder for a minute and a half. Did that one multiple times without much cool down and then hit the trees all day. I'm at 500 hard miles on this Axys belt and it is still green and perfect looking. I could cook belts in 30-50 miles before.
