Looking for some help guys, I've searched and come up with very little info.
I am looking for exact location / pictures of the gauge test wires / connector on my 850 RMK. I intend to install a small battery with a switch to occasionally have engine off power to my PIDD during breaks. I do not need the sled to charge this battery.
My understanding is that the gauge test wires / connector is the way to accomplish what I want, but I'll be damned if I can find anything.
Thanks in advance for any help!

i just did this on my 2018

on the right side frame work right behind your belt drive there and under the pull rope there is a connector that stops in the middle on the pipe. that is your wiring harness for electric start. i got a harness from polaris for $80 and bought an antigravity battery from amazon and a battery box from cvcustoms and installed it on the inside of the foot rest. Now I can finally use the guage! I see cvcustoms.com now is offering a harness for $35 and the box for $30-$35. Great guy to work with!!!

Harness $35
Battery box $30
Antigravity batttery $108

Default PIDD POWER UP CHEAT SHEET for the 850
I know that there are some post out here with a bunch of different way to do this....... here is one way

NOTE!!
*WHEN ORDERING BATTERY BOX CHOOSE EITHER BELT DRIVE OR CHAIN CASE
*THE BOX FITS ALL RMK/SKS AXYS SLEDS
*THE 800 WIRING IS DIFFERENT THAN THE 850
(maybe Cole at CVCUSTOMS would make an 800 version)
