Just curious to know if your ECU and injector color does not match what to expect?

IQ had three different color injectors. You could go from overly rich to burn down lean.

I can tell you this. I have a copy of the Polaris digital wrench (this is the software that the dealer uses for these sleds). It specifically says all injectors should be of the same color. In fact it lists different map part numbers for each color. Something to do with different spray patterns per color produce different results.

One of the things a couple of engine builders I have worked with tried before the good controller boxes were available was to match an ECU program to a different color injector to see if they could get the motor richened up for mods. They gave up, results were all over the map.

So what to expect? Erratic behavior?
