Pry just a little bit on each one and shoot in a little WD40. Then use compressed air in the hole on the end of one while plugging the hole on the other. They should balloon just enough to work them loose. I have been told spray paint works as good as anything to glue them back on. Have only tried it once and it did work. Lubricates just enough to get them on then dries and sticks. You'll want to clean the WD40 off real good first.
