OK, so i have the SLP head on my 07 800R with the 0-3000 feet domes. I run mostly at right around 2000-4000 feet and was wondering if i go up in compression to the 3000-6000 foot domes if anyone knows how many numbers i should add to my octane rating to be safe. I run klotz octane boost which is good for up to 10 numbers on top of our premium which is only 90 octane here. i believe my current domes are a compression rating of 12.8 and the next step up is a 13.5.

Thanks

Evan

The SLP domes are 12.5:1 (0-3000')
12.8:1 (3-6000')
I'm going to try the 12.8:1 @ 2000' here in Alberta. Only going to try raising needle one & same main jet, (470 w/SLP intake,SPI y-pipe,HPS can,'07 800R) as most of hp gain is mid-range & little on top, no air flow increase = no need for more fuel on top. My .02
