Just finished the sled for now, with a custom snow flap and a SCSunlimited full wrap kit.

There are more to come this and next season like new running boards, clutch kit, few more stickers, handguards, turbo or SLP stage kit with piping and PCV.
Tunnel rack with gas cans, Skinz front and rear bumper, LED tail light, skidplate, new windshiled and venting fron xxxmodrods :)

This project is on hold for now because of a money shortage.
Bought a house few months ago + i need to pay down some on my credit card.

I`m saving up money like crazy for some engine mods and body mods on my sled.
So glad i can buy parts from US. For example a complete SLP exhaust system costs for my IQ model about 550-750 dollar in USA.
For the same exhaust, I will have to pay twice that money at least. Maybe even third times as much.

But back to my sled.

Plans so far are:

Engine:
- Rk Tek head
- Full SLP exhaust
- Some porting
- Clutch kit
- Power Commander PTI

It will go through a dyno session after the install

Cosmetics:
- XXXmodrodds full venting
- New windshield
- Skinz bumpers
- Skinz float plate
- Handguards
- Skinz airframes or RSI dumpers
- Gas can rack

That`s all for now :)

Why would you go for the PCV PTi version when you don't have turbo in your plans?

Because its easy to tune from what I have heard from the guy who is going to tune my sled.

And you never know if i`m going turbo next season ;)
Then it`s good to already have the Pti.

Tabels are the same within the regular pcv, so that should not make a difference. But nice to have the option for turbo if that's on your mind.

RSI dumpers in my mail today! Looks really great :face-icon-small-hap
Can`t wait to get them mounted on my sled and try them out.
My biggest concern is not that my runningboards will be cut to pieces, but that it looks quite painful to fall on my knees on the runningboards if im a bit clumsy :face-icon-small-dis

RSI boards mounted :) Afraid at first and because I did not have any air compressor, I had to rivet ALL by hand, and the angle grinder was to big to use some places, I had to leave more of the running boards left than I wanted to. But i`m happy with the result :D

Change of plans.. I am not going to mod this sled anymore.
The sled is now at the Arctic Cat dealer and I will be picking up my brand spanking new Arctic Cat Proclimb M800 Sno Pro Limited 153" tomorrow.
And the color is Darth Wader! Black!! :bounce::bounce::bounce:
