Emerald Downs has had amazing 10 - 20 minute firework shows ever since I was about 5 (as far as I can remember). I really wanted to go but, NO LICENCE. :face-icon-small-fro
As far as our own mortars and fireworks go though, here, they're illegal. Some where around a $200 ticket if it goes over 10 feet in the air.
