Guys , can a xc300 with DTS129 ride 70km/h on twisted logging road with no more then 15 to 20 cm of fresh snow at sea level mostly flat ?

What kind of range can be expected

Looking into buying à new bike for snowbiking next season and need some info on what i will need to keep up with my friends snowmobile ( bearcat )

thanks

That should be easy! If you wanna go faster get yz450fx or ktm 500

I could go around 50 MPH on my Timbersled on my 300 Xc and that is at 7-9k elevation

What are your guys gear ratios?

I’ve got a big bore 450 and swear my max speed in 5th is pathetic... gotta be 80kmh max if that. I want more. Super slow on the trails... even the steep downhill faces I find myself looking to gear up but I’m already in 5th!!

The bike has a 13 tooth front sprocket and the yeti has a 41 upper and 47 lower for a ratio of 1.14 in the belt drive system.
