Actually I have to update that. We left the fort almost three years ago. Lol. We are in kamloops now. They did have a bunch of snow a month ago, but who knows by now.
Oh so you are living in the banana belt now? Do you go to Bkue River much? I am heading to Fernie for my run on Thursday

the banana belt? That's a new one, and sadly I'm too dumb to get it. Lol. I haven't been able to ride much since I've been here, we had our baby around that time blah blah blah. Rode sicamous once last year, crowfoot once this year, and just hit up porcupine ridge. Sadly that's all the area I've seen. I hear fernie is pretty epic too. There are so many places to ride around here it makes my head spin

I found out my sled is burning 13:1 instead of 32:1...might have a little to do with the slugishness?
Since I am using Amsoil could I go to 40:1 or even 50:1?

I couldn't tell you for sure, but I run amsoil and stick to the stock oiler adjustment to be safe. The sled runs great thereand my motor just pushed over 4000km so I must be doing something right

There should be some holes on the back-side(between box and panel) that need tape'ed over.Or do what I did, the holes match up to a flat spot on the panel that you can cut out. I put SLP fabric on the box and panel fpr a little X-tra air. I will get pic's tomorrow.

i just installed the slp high flow intake and put a slp prefilter sock over my stock filter foam and thats more than enough air.
When you put on the SLP intake what all did you do? Anyway you could post some pics? What all did you cut away?

Use weather strip adhesive. Few pics of MY custom vents. You can see where the belt debri was stuck(instead of getting sucked in. I belive JC's custom vents on Doo-Talk makes a vent for the outside of the panel where it meets the air box also.
