just figured id post a couple pictures of the new bumper/tunnel brace I had my buddy whip up in his machine shop. I knew the 18's had a fair bit weaker tunnel so I wanted to protect that but not tie into the main tunnel as I know how hard those are to change from experience. I wanted a raised bumper for ease of lifting when buried, I wanted full length support vs tapering down like all the other companies out there and I wanted double breaks for strength not just a plate riveted to the side. other than that I left my sled with buddy for a week and let him design while I was gone and then installed it on days off. love the way it turned out but there are a couple small changes I would make if I were to get another one made.
