What’s funny is how many variables come into play when drag racing.
Track tension, suspension adjustments for weight transfer, rider weight, clutch wear item condition, belt wear or glaze. Etc etc.
So true. We used to have some hill drags just with a few buddies in the spring....my 07 Summit was really hard to beat. It would work piped M8's and M1000's making much more power on paper. Drove the Cat guys nuts because their suspension didn't transfer, track didn't hook up in spring snow. For the Doo, it was all in the clutch kit, lots of transfer and stiff track. Didn't make it go further in deep snow (track was terrible in soft snow)...but it hooked up so hard off the line in spring snow it was hard to reel it in.
