sled died one day, just one cylinder it seemed, ran rough. gave a few engine codes:
just got a call from the dealership. its the stator. they want $700 for a new one. ouch.
would this work? its $120 all said and done with. already got it ordered so I hope thats the problem!

how hard is it to change? and what would cause this to fail??
I just put a pull start onto my other sled... while looking into it, I read somewhere that the pullstart mechanisms can fail, and damage the stator??
