What seems to be the going rate on Redline's racing oil?

Just got quoted $38/Gal and for some reason that seemed like a good price to me I was thinking I saw someone on here that was paying close to $45/Gal.

who ever quoted you must have quoted you the price for the regular snowmobile oil which retails for 37.99 this year the race oil is 46.99 i believe or somewhere in there. if you can get the race oil for 38 a gallon you should buy a bunch!

Well it's straight from the distributor. I'm going there on Sunday to pick up 2 barrels of TT111 race gas and he happened to ask what oil I was running. I told him in the past I had run Amsoil, and Klotz and was looking into Legend. He then asked if I had considered Redline and I said yes but it's awfully pricey from what I had remembered. That's when he shot me that price and he said that was for the racing oil and could do the regular @ about 30/Gal.

So now I guess I'll pick up a case or two.
