I'm curious why you ask?

We've cut several brand oil filters apart, and fram was one of the cheapest made filters we've found.

Oem filters & NAPA Gold & WIX were all very good.
NAPA Silver were far better than your "commercial" (Fram Quaker State etc) filters.

These were automotive applications for what it's worth.

I know there's alot of people that are misinformed about aftermarket oil filters. Just wanted to share our findings.

who cares, they arent very much $$$ and change em once a season..

I imagine you can take em and find something to cross em to, just seems kinda trivial for the few bucks you might save.

Remote?

Haven't seen the 1100 yet but wondering if it would be possible to put a remote oil filter kit on it?

Or possibly move the oil reservoir to the rear of the tunnel too? It might help with snow removal back there.....
