The torque master bottom end Indy Specialty does is worth every flippin penny and one of the best upgrades you can do in my opinion.
I jumped onto this thread and it brought back memories.I don’t have mine any more but I remember buying my ‘05 900 159 and my buddy bought a King Cat 900 159 with twin pipes that year. After I installed the full SLP pipe and air box mod our sleds were amazingly close. We traded high marks all year and were dead even on a lake race. I did lose a piston on mine but he cold ceased his a couple of times. The 900 was a fun sled but I just remover how dang hard it was to get unstuck when you buried it. Glad to hear there’s guys still rockin’ it.

I see my old '06 900 is up for sale again. I still miss the torque of that sled.

Hoping to get one more year out of my 05 900. It's got 5,300 on the clock, but it has been a rock solid sled all these years. The wife decided to actually ride with me this year and liked my sled, so I found a smoking deal on a 06 700. Now to just get our butts up to the mountains..

I'm kinda thinking that this might be my last year with my 05 900, but then again, I said that last year too... time will tell I guess. Currently just short of 6,800 miles on the odometer and it still gets me up the hill and back... but with the advancing technology of all these new sled platforms and motors improving constantly, it's showing it's age unfortunately.

I have an 05 900 switchback I'm thinking of parting with. Has 5600 miles on it and top end was just done 3 seasons ago. One of the grommets on the oil tank is leaking thought.
