Clutching & Gearing 1200 turbo

Can anyone help me clutch and gear this doo? I run the stock tra with cj motorsports turbo and clutch pinned,154 track. Right now I have 82.5 grams per arm, 414 ramps, 47/44 helix. I would like to use skidoo parts since i work for a skidoo dealer. Top gear is 23 and the bottom gear is stock

go with shockwave adjustable helix and dalton pin. you need to add more weight in the primary and shallow angle in the secondary. this will considerably reduce, look remove, belt temp.

for sure, 47/44 cam is to steeper. you need to squeeze the belt more.

I ran a fpp kit last year on a gade....
