Clutch kits that are really great; quick and easy to tune available - About 3mph more track speed, repeatable. Engine braking really really strong, declutching at a low track speed.

I think I get to put together a 2019-850 x 154 x 3.0 next week some time; and get my head in there to see what's new under the hood.

Only thing I see different is a lighter finish rate on the primary spring for the high altitude setup. It’s 50 lbs lighter than the 2018 models.

Not knocking this work, but is it really worth the extra $400 to upgrade a brand new sled?

Primary clutch springs
Bl/Yl = 150/250 lbs
BL/PL = 150/350 lbs (2019 H.E. Spring)
PL/PL = 170/350 lbs (2017 H.E. Spring)
PL/WH = 170/400 lbs (2018 H.E. Spring)

I was experimenting with some new parts I made for the primary clutch, causing lower engagement speed to 27~2800 rpms using 965 ramps (at low elevation) and I love it. 31~3200 rpms at high elevation (pivot weight for 7500 feet)

2018
FR 146, Summit 146
FR 154, Summit 154, 165
Same settings as 2019 except 2018 has High elevation primary spring PL/WH = 170/400 lbs

2017
Summit 154, 165
951 ramps low, 967 high
bl / yl primary spring low, pl / pl high
38mm pivot to 4000
33mm pivot 4k~8k
26mm pivot 8k+
Black secondary spring to 4000 feet
Blue secondary spring 4000+
40 helix
19:45 @ 112p chain (154)
21:51 @ 116p chain (165)

2017 high elevation spring was 170/350
2018 high elevation spring was 170/400
2019 high elevation spring now 150/350

But you have a big head. Not gonna fit.
