ok, i want to put twin pipes on my 05 iqr 800. i have found some mod twins off of a 600 iqr.. what kind of problems could i have not using pipes tuned for my 800 motor?
THEY WON'T WORK. The 600 small block and the 800 bigblock have two different strokes, won't work. You would be better off running an 800 single (two for sale on HCS 440 section) or buying twins for your 800.
No they do not you have to take one headlight out. Unless you cut the steering hoop to hell and do some serious modifications it is near impossible to get twins under the hood.
I have an 05 IQR with an 800 in it and the pipes fit really nice just have to get the motor mounted low enough in the bulkhead . cant use torque plate to mount it holds ir up to high
