I bought the new bca tracker avy beacon last w/e got home went to fit it and was pretty disapointed. Although the new harness and cradel are convienent it doesn't fit as well as the old model. The only way it seems to fit is with the beacon in the cradel , display facing out (instead of toward the torso like the old style) waist band at the bottom and shoulder strap over shoulder (of course). They say you can use it with w/o cradel, I guess you have to put it in a pocket, doesn't seem like a good idea imo. Am I doing something wrong 
or has anyone else found this to be the case? just seems alot bulkier under the jacket.
